MADE-TO-ORDER CONSTRUCTION AND WARANTY

Construction

Frames – are constructed with furniture grade CDX plywood and kiln-dried hardwoods. Then they are assembled by hand using, staple guns, glue and bolts.  All cross supports are comprised of 1" thick hardwood.  A corner blocking technique is used to provide extra support in the seats' stress points.  The feet screw into hardwood supports, with anchored receiving bolts.

Seat Suspension – a webbing suspension is used on all seats.  The elastic webbing technique provides for a more uniform distribution of weight, and has been known to last much longer than springs or coils.  Fine automobile manufacturers use this same type of seating systems for all of their leather seats.  And, no squeaks!

Frame Wrapping - in all points where your covering (leather or material) would come into contact with the wood frame are wrapped with dacron fiber.  This prevents your covering from ever touching the wood frame which could cause wear on the underside of the covering.

Cushions/Foam- cushions contain high quality polyurethane foam ranging from 1.8 - 2.3 lb density.  The polyurethane foam is wrapped with a dacron fiber which ensures that cushions retain their shape and prevents the upholstery from creeping and slipping.

Tailoring - selected covering will be double-stitched into a slip cover, then pulled over the dacron wrapped frame. 

Hand Made in the USA - each piece of home theater seating is bench crafted by hand to ensure the highest quality product with more attention to detail than mass produced products.

Warranty Summary

Frames - hardwood frames are warranted for five (5) year against material defects and workmanship. 

Seat Suspension - webbing suspension is warranted for five (5) year against material defects and workmanship.

Cushions/Foam/Fiber- foam and fiber are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against material defects and workmanship.

Mechanisms- recline mechanisms are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against material defects and workmanship.

Upholstery - leather upholstery/stitching is warranted for three (3) year from the date of purchase against splitting or tearing of natural cars.  All other selected materials are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects or workmanship.

Normal Wear - all stated warranty conditions apply only to normal household wear conditions.  The warranty does not include commercial, contract, rental trade, institutional, or any other non-residential usage.

Transferability - the limited lifetime warranty only applies to the Original Purchaser of the product, and the Original Purchaser must provide proof of purchase at the time of making any claim under this warranty.
